Flu Shots, Hair cuts, and Gummy Bears

The Bigs had to get their flu shots this morning. Mason already got the first part of his at his check up last month and has to wait until after Christmas to get part two.

I brought along a bag of gummy bears to help ease the pain of the shots. Jackie went first and screamed like a banshee. He didn't even want any gummy bears, he just wanted to whine.

Meanwhile, Adam saw the gummy bears in my bag and helped himself to a fistful before it was his turn. He was still busy trying to cram all of them in his mouth when he got his shot. He paused for a second, frowned down at his arm, and went right back to pigging out.

But, with haircuts this afternoon, they had opposite reactions. Jackie was perfectly fine with getting his cut(though he did try to boss Aunt Leslie around and tell her how to cut his hair). But, Adam fussed most of the time he was getting his cut, saying he was stuck and wanted down. They both look handsome.
