Strawberry Picking

The boys had a field trip to go pick strawberries today. I wasn't sure how it would work out because if you looked in one direction, it was fine:
Look in the other and:

But, the boys still had fun, even though they did get a little wet. They had learned how to pick strawberries in their classes and were telling me "twist and pull."

They got a good amount!

And each picked out a flower to take to Grandma. Mason stayed with her during the field trip.

Field Trip to the Aquarium

Jackie and Adam's preschool had a field trip to the Aquarium.
Adam wanted to pet the alligator. Mason did, too, though I don't have any pics of him doing it because I had to keep him from grabbing the alligator instead of just petting it.

Jackie wanted nothing to do with touching it. Or even having it near him.

We've been to the aquarium before, but this was the first time that we went outside, on the nature trails.

Festival of Trees

Jackie and Adam's preschool had a field trip to the Festival of Trees this morning. They liked the trees that had seashells or candy on them the best.

Adam's favorite: with chocolate and ice cream, of course!

Jackie is a bit tired of Mommy snapping his pic all the time.

Though he was all smiles for Santa...unlike his brothers, who really weren't fans.

I guess that's supposed to be Mrs. Claus with them.

Mason likes to run free!

Dairy Farm Field Trip

Instead of class today, Jack and Adam had a field trip to a dairy farm.
Adam loved all the cows and wanted to climb the fences and give them hugs.

If a cow got too close to Jackie, he was convinced that the cow wanted to eat him. He was fascinated by the process at the dairy though, and has since told us several times what happens to the milk when a cow is sick.
At the end of the trip, the boys got chocolate milk(Jack) and strawberry(Adam) milk, which they thought was like milkshakes. You can tell they don't usually get flavored milk at home.

Mason wants to know: Got Milk?
