Thanks, Jackie
Jackie: Mom, what did you say?
Mom: Oh, nothing, Jackie, I was just talking to myself.
Jackie: If you keep doing that, people will think you're crazy.

Dairy Farm Field Trip
Instead of class today, Jack and Adam had a field trip to a dairy farm.
Adam loved all the cows and wanted to climb the fences and give them hugs.
If a cow got too close to Jackie, he was convinced that the cow wanted to eat him. He was fascinated by the process at the dairy though, and has since told us several times what happens to the milk when a cow is sick.
At the end of the trip, the boys got chocolate milk(Jack) and strawberry(Adam) milk, which they thought was like milkshakes. You can tell they don't usually get flavored milk at home.

Fall Festival
The boys and I went to a Fall Festival at a church near our house this morning, while Daddy was coaching soccer.
They had a ton of things for the kids to do and they had a blast, despite the constant drizzle.
Mason, though, stayed hidden under the cover of the stroller.
Adam loved the ponies, while Jack wanted nothing to do with them. It's so funny how they usually pick such completely different activities.
Games and Rides in the Rain
Adam waited while Jackie went on the different inflatables.
While Jack went on a train ride, Adam played football and golf.
Balloons and Hay Maze
The boys waited in line for balloon fishing poles with fish on the hooks.
They ran through the hay maze. Jackie did a great job of making sure Adam could find his way through, too.

Jackie's Special Helper Day
I spent the afternoon in Jackie's preschool class. Since I was there, it was his turn to be the special helper for the day. He went right to the special helper's chair at circle time.
His class is ALL boys. 11 4 year-old boys.
Sweet Adam
Adam was sitting at the table in preschool today, waiting for an activity to begin, when he leaned over and said to the girl beside him, "I can kiss you." Then gave her a big hug and kissed her cheek.
Adam's Special Helper Day
Today was my morning to volunteer in Adam's preschool class.
They went on a treasure hunt in the sand to find things that start with the letter "B."
And painted, Adam's favorite art activity.
It was a Beach Party day, which explains Adam's very tropical outfit.

Somewhere in Upstate NY
We headed to NY this weekend for Bud and Brittany's wedding. The boys ran out some of their energy at a playground close to our hotel.
You have to love Adam's crazy hair.
